'Movement Monday: Rotational Lunge! We typically build up someone’s SPLIT SQUAT in many ways first before tackling different lunge variations. (See our Split Squat Series 1 & 2 posts/videos). The ROTATIONAL Lunge (also called the MAX lunge by @dvrt with whom we were first introduced to this movement system 10+ years ago) we really love: CONTROL and STRENGTH of the lower body while working on upper body MOBILITY and CONTROL as well! Really connecting our body from head to toe all in one movement. NOTE: loading up more substantially? be prepared for fun feelings post-workout deep in the butt cheeks!'See also:
